  • Sale items and items purchased during promotional events are subject to individual return policies, which will be specified at the time of purchase.

Refund Process:

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our Customer Support within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return. Please have your order number and reason for return ready.
  2. Receive Return Details: You will be provided with detailed return instructions, including a prepaid return shipping label and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Package Your Item: Carefully repackage the item with all original tags and packaging, and attach the provided return label and RMA number.
  4. Ship the Item: Drop off the package at any authorized shipping carrier location. We recommend using the provided prepaid label to avoid any additional costs.
  5. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

Shipping and Handling:

  • The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
  • The cost of return shipping will be covered by Sunfere for returns within the 30-day period unless the return is due to customer error (e.g., wrong size ordered).

Refund Amount:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • The refund amount will be the product price at the time of purchase, excluding any shipping and handling fees.

Exceptions:

  • Personalized, custom, or special-order items are not eligible for a refund.
  • Items that have been damaged after delivery, either through wear, washing, or mishandling, will not be accepted for return.

Exchanges:

  • If you would like a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item. Once your original item is received and processed, we will issue a refund for the returned item.
